Crystal Water is a compact, plug-and-play tank made from glass-reinforced fiber plastic, featuring internal compartments for sedimentation, anaerobic digestion, aerobic digestion, settling, and disinfection.
1. Solid-liquid seperation tank
Dirt, solid material, oil and fat content are separated from wastewater and stored as sludge.
2. Anaerobic filter bed tank
Anaerobic microorganisms cause decomposition of organic substances, leading to denitrification process.
3. MBBR tank
Aerobic microorganisms adsorbed on media inside the tank cause decomposition of organic substances, leading to nitrification process of ammonical nitrogen.
4. Sedimentation tank
Suspended solids in treated water are separated by the filter media & gravity.
5. Disinfection tank
Treated water is disinfected by chlorine and then discharged outside.
6. Recirculating Pipe
Sludge Pumped back to the First Tank.
